📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the company's financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.
• Provide strategic financial insights to support business decision-making.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Oversee the preparation and filing of tax returns, including corporate and personal income taxes.
• Collaborate with the finance team to implement and maintain accounting systems and processes.
• Provide financial training and support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management or accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and tax laws in Indonesia.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
