• Collect, analyze, and interpret event data using advanced analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics.
• Develop data-driven insights to optimize event strategies, enhance attendee experiences, and drive measurable results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including event planners, marketers, and other stakeholders, to ensure that insights are actionable and aligned with business objectives.
• Create and present detailed reports and dashboards to communicate key findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Identify trends and patterns in event data to inform strategic decisions and improve future event planning.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in event analytics and data science.
• Provide training and support to internal teams on the use of analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
• Participate in continuous learning and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in event intelligence and data analytics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in event analytics, data science, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in using advanced analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Google Analytics.
• Strong understanding of event planning and marketing principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python programming languages.
