📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage doctor's schedule and appointments using electronic medical records systems like EMR or EPIC.
• Coordinate with nurses, therapists, and other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care.
• Prepare and maintain patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.
• Assist in the organization and distribution of patient information and test results.
• Handle administrative tasks such as billing, insurance claims, and patient inquiries.
• Support the doctor in preparing for consultations and procedures.
• Assist in the organization of medical equipment and supplies.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Medical Assistant, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a healthcare support role, preferably in a medical office or clinic.
• Proficient in using electronic medical records systems (EMR, EPIC, or similar).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and procedures.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid certification as a Medical Assistant or equivalent is a plus.
