📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments for children, including growth monitoring and dietary evaluations.
- Develop and implement personalized meal plans and dietary guidelines tailored to each child's nutritional needs.
- Provide educational sessions and workshops for parents and caregivers on proper nutrition and feeding practices for children.
- Collaborate with pediatricians and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for children.
- Monitor and track children's nutritional status, growth, and development over time.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in pediatric nutrition through continuous professional development.
- Assist in the development and implementation of clinic protocols and guidelines related to pediatric nutrition.
- Participate in community outreach programs to promote healthy eating habits and nutrition education.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pediatric nutrition or a related field.
- Certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or equivalent from a recognized professional organization.
- Proficiency in using nutritional assessment tools and software such as EPIC-SR, Dietary Assessment Tools, and NutritionData.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to educate and counsel parents and caregivers.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with local dietary patterns and cultural considerations in the Bangka Belitung region.
