📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
• Manage payroll processing using SAP SuccessFactors, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local regulations.
• Develop and implement compensation and benefits strategies to attract and retain top talent.
• Coordinate with the benefits team to ensure employees receive their benefits in a timely manner.
• Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Provide HR support to managers and employees, addressing queries and concerns.
• Conduct regular audits of HR processes to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations, with a focus on payroll and compensation and benefits.
• Proven experience using SAP SuccessFactors or similar payroll software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian.
• Certification in HR operations or a related field is a plus.
