📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process customer orders, ensuring accurate and timely information is recorded in SAP Logistics and JDE Enterprise One.
• Coordinate with trucking partners to schedule and dispatch vehicles, ensuring timely deliveries.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and professional responses.
• Monitor order status and delivery schedules, using tracking systems to update customers.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and order details.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of customer service strategies.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer service and logistics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, or a related field.
• Proficient in using SAP Logistics and JDE Enterprise One.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with transportation and logistics industry standards and regulations.
• Knowledge of English is a plus.
• Ability to travel occasionally for business purposes.
