📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting audits of internal controls and operational processes across various departments
• Identifying areas of improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
• Preparing and presenting audit reports to department heads and management
• Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures
• Providing guidance and training to staff on internal control and operational processes
• Collaborating with department heads, managers, and staff to ensure the smooth operation of business processes
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of internal controls and operational processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal controls, auditing, or a related field
• Knowledge of SAP, Oracle, or other ERP systems
• Understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
