🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role in the financial services industry.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with data analysis tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and SQL.
• Knowledge of capital markets and financial instruments.
