Every day, you'll work closely with our skilled baristas and culinary experts to develop and perfect traditional Indonesian drinks, from refreshing es campur to rich kopi luwak. You'll also ensure our menu stays current with the latest trends in the beverage industry while keeping the soul of Indonesian flavors intact.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and perfect recipes for traditional Indonesian beverages, including es campur, kopi luwak, and other local favorites.
• Work with baristas to ensure consistent quality and taste in all beverages.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in the beverage industry to keep our menu fresh and appealing.
• Source high-quality ingredients to maintain the authenticity and taste of our traditional drinks.
• Train and mentor junior staff on the art of crafting authentic Indonesian beverages.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote our unique beverage offerings.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for food and beverage preparation.
• Participate in product development initiatives to introduce new traditional beverages to our menu.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the beverage industry, preferably in traditional Indonesian drinks.
• Proven ability to develop and perfect recipes for traditional beverages.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian culinary traditions and flavors.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with beverage preparation tools and equipment.
• Certification in food and beverage safety is a plus.
