📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications, ensuring high-quality food standards.
• Assist the Head Chef in maintaining kitchen efficiency and organization.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Ensure all food is cooked and presented to the highest standards of hygiene and safety.
• Keep the kitchen clean and well-maintained, following all health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of food usage and inventory.
• Assist with stock control and ordering of ingredients.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Line Cook or similar role in a professional kitchen.
• Proficiency in using commercial kitchen equipment such as grills, ovens, fryers, and steamers.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisines.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.
