📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the lead teacher in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities and lessons.
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment for children in Pre-Nursery and Nursery classes.
• Support children in developing essential skills such as communication, problem-solving, and social-emotional learning.
• Document children's progress, behaviors, and achievements using our in-house educational software.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure seamless communication and a strong home-school partnership.
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines, including first aid protocols and emergency procedures.
• Promote positive behavior and discipline through consistent, fair, and child-centered approaches.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting.
• Certification in early childhood education, such as CPR/First Aid, or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Familiarity with play-based learning principles and educational toys.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Passion for early childhood development and a commitment to creating a positive impact on children's lives.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
