📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the production process of precast concrete products, ensuring quality and efficiency standards are met.
  • Monitor and maintain production equipment and machinery, ensuring they are in good working condition.
  • Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
  • Conduct quality control inspections and tests to ensure compliance with industry standards and specifications.
  • Train and mentor production staff on safety procedures, quality control measures, and production techniques.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and design, to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in precast concrete production, with a strong background in quality control and production management.
  • Knowledge of precast concrete production techniques, equipment, and materials.
  • Experience in developing and implementing production schedules and plans.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations, such as ASTM and ACI.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
