📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain internal software systems including ERP, CRM, and other business applications
• Provide technical support to end-users, resolving software-related issues promptly
• Collaborate with development teams to implement system improvements and enhancements
• Ensure seamless integration between different software components and systems
• Conduct regular system backups and disaster recovery testing
• Document system processes and create user manuals for internal use
• Stay updated with the latest software trends and technologies relevant to our industry

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in software operations or IT support roles
• Solid understanding of enterprise software systems and their architecture
• Familiarity with ERP and CRM systems is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
