📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of franchise locations, ensuring they meet high standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement strategies to drive growth and profitability for franchise locations.
• Conduct regular site visits and audits to monitor performance and address any issues promptly.
• Work closely with franchise owners and managers to provide training, support, and guidance.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Collaborate with the central team to implement new initiatives and best practices.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the franchise network.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in F&B operations and franchise management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing franchise locations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with a focus on operational excellence.
