📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the daily operations of the store, including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Ensure the store meets all company standards and regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and mentor store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all store transactions and inventory.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective product delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or similar environment.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior.
