📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Fluency in Indonesian (both written and spoken).
  • Professional certification in training and development is a plus.
