📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Lead and oversee the structural design process for various infrastructure projects.,Conduct structural analysis and design calculations to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.,Review and approve design drawings, specifications, and construction documents.,Collaborate with architects, civil engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural systems into overall project designs.,Ensure that structural designs are cost-effective, efficient, and sustainable.,Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in structural engineering.,Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical support and fostering a culture of continuous learning.,Prepare and present technical reports, proposals, and presentations to clients and stakeholders.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in structural design, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.,Proficiency in structural analysis and design software such as ETABS, SAP2000, or similar.,Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and standards (SNI, PBI, etc.).,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.,Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of delivering high-quality structural designs on time and within budget.,Familiarity with sustainable design principles and green building practices is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
