Senior Project Controls Administrator - Mining & Infrastructure (28/28 FIFO to PNG)

Enscope is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Controls Administrator to join our team in Canggu, Bali. This is a unique opportunity to work on mining and infrastructure projects in Papua New Guinea (PNG) on a 28/28 FIFO basis.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with project teams and stakeholders.
• Analyze project data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry standards.
• Provide project status reports to senior management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of project controls processes and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls, with a focus on mining and infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of successfully managing projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of project management software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with mining and infrastructure projects in PNG is a plus.
• Ability to travel to PNG on a 28/28 FIFO basis.
