PT Maju Pilar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Medical Representative to join our team in Mempawah. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our pharmaceutical products in the region. As a Senior Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to healthcare professionals, building strong relationships, and ensuring the effective use of our products in the market.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and nurses.,Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare facilities and institutions.,Conduct medical education sessions to enhance the knowledge and understanding of healthcare professionals about our products.,Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product growth.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.,Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.,Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure the successful launch and promotion of new products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry, preferably in a sales or medical representative role.,Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market and industry trends.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with the healthcare system and regulations in Indonesia.,Willingness to travel and work in remote areas.
