📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.,Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.,Prepare and present sales reports to management on a regular basis.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to promote our products and services.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to showcase our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding revenue goals.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.,Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Indonesian is required.
