Resto Anggi Cafe & Coffee is looking for a dedicated Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure the quality and safety of our food products. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our culinary excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting various laboratory tests and analyses to ensure food safety and quality.,Maintaining and calibrating laboratory equipment and instruments.,Preparing and analyzing samples for microbial, chemical, and physical testing.,Recording and documenting test results accurately and promptly.,Assisting in the development and implementation of new testing procedures and protocols.,Collaborating with the kitchen and quality assurance teams to address any issues or concerns.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant food safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the food industry.,Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and standards.,Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and instruments.,Ability to work accurately and detail-oriented.,Excellent communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with data analysis and reporting software.,Ability to work remotely and manage time effectively.
