📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with medical procedures.,Document patient health information accurately and maintain patient records.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Monitor patient progress and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.,Assist in the administration of the facility, including maintaining a clean and safe environment.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and new procedures.,Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and facility policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Active nursing license in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or healthcare setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.
