📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement in-store marketing strategies to enhance product visibility and drive sales.
• Manage and optimize product displays, including merchandise layouts, signage, and promotional materials.
• Monitor sales performance and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with store managers and sales teams to execute marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Ensure compliance with brand guidelines and retail best practices.
• Conduct regular store audits to assess merchandising effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Leverage POS (Point of Sale) systems and retail analytics tools to track sales data and make data-driven decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in retail merchandising and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail merchandising or a similar role, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry.
• Strong knowledge of retail merchandising principles and strategies.
