📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of front office staff, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.,Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including check-in/check-out processes, reservations, and guest services.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the guest and the company.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and operational efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.,Strong knowledge of front office operations and guest services.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English is required. Knowledge of Indonesian is an advantage.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is a plus.,Proven track record of achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
