📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.,Ensure the high availability and reliability of IT systems, with minimal downtime.,Lead a team of system administrators, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.,Implement and maintain IT security measures to protect company data and systems.,Monitor and optimize system performance, identifying and resolving issues proactively.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure IT systems support business objectives.,Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, and drive innovation within the IT department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.,Proven experience in leading and managing a team of system administrators.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.,Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, or ITIL Expert are a plus.
