📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise a team of shop assistants to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Oversee inventory management, including stock control, ordering, and replenishment.,Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently.,Assist in the organization of promotions, sales events, and customer engagement activities.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.,Maintain a clean and organized shop environment at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or shop assistant role, preferably in a leadership position.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
