📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the laboratory, including scheduling, staffing, and equipment maintenance.,Ensure the accuracy and reliability of test results through quality control measures.,Train and mentor junior lab technicians on proper laboratory techniques and safety protocols.,Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory processes.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of laboratory services with overall business operations.,Maintain a safe and efficient working environment by enforcing safety protocols and regulations.,Conduct regular equipment calibration and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance laboratory efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, with a strong background in quality assurance.,Certification in relevant laboratory techniques and safety protocols.,Proven track record of managing laboratory operations and ensuring compliance with industry standards.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in laboratory equipment and software.
