📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.,Maintain a clean and organized cashier area, including registers, drawers, and displays.,Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and securely.,Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to the store manager.,Assist in training and developing new cashier staff.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Conduct regular cash counts to prevent theft or loss.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a cashier or retail environment.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture.,Ability to lift and carry heavy items up to 20 kg.
