PT Kreasi Cemerlang is seeking a talented and experienced Lead Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and providing financial analysis to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Provide financial analysis and reports to support business decisions.,Manage the bookkeeping team and provide guidance and training.,Oversee the reconciliation of bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial reports to the relevant authorities.,Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
