📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Manage and develop key client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.

Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify trends and opportunities.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Manage and track client accounts, ensuring timely delivery of products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Strong understanding of customer needs and ability to develop effective sales strategies.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
