As an HR & Legal Manager at United Shipping Indonesia, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR and legal functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of HR best practices and legal regulations in the maritime and logistics industry. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee all HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- Manage legal compliance and ensure all regulatory requirements are met
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
- Lead the development and implementation of training programs for employees
- Handle employee grievances and disputes, ensuring fair and timely resolutions
- Collaborate with senior management to align HR strategies with business objectives
- Monitor and report on HR metrics and KPIs
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Law, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and legal management, preferably in the maritime or logistics industry
- Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations
- Certification in HR management or legal compliance (e.g., SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in using HRIS and legal management software (e.g., Workday, ADP, or SAP SuccessFactors)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
