📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management, and customer service standards.
• Lead and motivate a team of 5-7 staff members, ensuring high levels of productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct regular stock checks and manage inventory to ensure optimal levels.
• Collaborate with the store manager and other departments to ensure smooth store operations.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your leadership and management skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management or leadership role, preferably in the fashion or sports industry.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with a strong focus on customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both staff and customers.
