📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure timely repairs.,Oversee fuel and other operational costs to ensure budget adherence.,Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.,Generate and maintain comprehensive reports on fleet performance.,Facilitate communication between drivers, maintenance teams, and other departments.,Ensure all vehicles are properly documented and insured.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
