The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, and will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicles and drivers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Monitor vehicle performance and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and expenses.,Identify and address any issues or concerns related to fleet operations.,Ensure the availability of vehicles and drivers as needed for company operations.,Participate in training and development programs for drivers and other fleet personnel.,Work with the management team to develop and implement strategies for improving fleet efficiency and productivity.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of logistics and fleet management principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office and fleet management software.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Ability to travel as needed for business purposes.
