Rumah Sakit Sari Restaurant is seeking a dedicated Deputy Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our guests and staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor.,Answer and direct inquiries from guests, staff, and visitors.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records and information.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.,Handle front desk transactions, including check-in, check-out, and billing.,Assist with event planning and coordination for hospital functions and meetings.,Perform other related duties as assigned by the manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.,Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.,Familiarity with computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and have a positive attitude.
