📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including disciplinary actions and grievance handling.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Provide administrative support to the HR team, including document preparation and data entry.,Assist in training and development activities for employees.,Handle employee benefits and compensation inquiries.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
