📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and develop residential and building projects according to client specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct site surveys and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and project requirements.
• Prepare detailed project plans, including site layouts, building designs, and construction schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate records of project activities, including permits, contracts, and financial transactions.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices to improve project outcomes.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in civil estate or a similar role.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant design software.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with construction project management tools such as Primavera or MS Project is a plus.
