Certified Welding Inspector - Quality Control

In this role, you will conduct thorough inspections of welding processes, ensuring compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001 and ASME. You will work closely with our team to identify and resolve any issues, contributing to a safer and more efficient workplace. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct visual, dimensional, and nondestructive testing (NDT) inspections of welded components.
• Ensure compliance with welding procedures and quality standards such as ISO 9001 and ASME.
• Identify and document defects and non-conformities in welding processes.
• Collaborate with the welding team to implement corrective actions and prevent recurrence of issues.
• Maintain and update inspection records and reports using software like SAP or similar systems.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance welding quality and safety.
• Provide training and guidance to junior inspectors and welding personnel.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends, standards, and best practices in welding inspection.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Welding Technology, or a related field.
• Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) certification from recognized organizations such as AWS (American Welding Society).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in welding inspection and quality control.
• Familiarity with welding processes, materials, and welding codes and standards.
• Proficient in using inspection tools and equipment such as ultrasonic testing (UT), radiographic testing (RT), and magnetic particle testing (MT).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
