📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and submit PBG and SLF applications, including site plans, structural calculations, and other required documentation
• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with building codes and regulations
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government agencies to ensure smooth approval processes
• Monitor project timelines and address any delays or issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records and reports of all PBG and SLF applications
• Stay updated with the latest regulations and industry standards
• Assist in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to PBG and SLF
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in building permits and licensing
• Familiarity with Indonesian building codes and regulations
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Valid professional certification (e.g., SIPP, SIA, or equivalent)
