📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist the Head Chef in planning and developing menus, ensuring they align with company policies and employee preferences.
• Oversee daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and portioning.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and quality in the kitchen.
• Train and mentor junior chefs and kitchen staff to ensure consistent service quality.
• Manage inventory and ensure timely procurement of ingredients and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
• Handle customer complaints and feedback, working towards continuous improvement.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the dining services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Head Chef or Assistant Head Chef in a similar role.
• Proven track record of managing kitchen operations and ensuring food safety and quality.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, menu planning, and cost control.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Indonesian and English languages.
• Valid food handler's certification and knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
