📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Manage the payroll process, including ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns.,Provide training and guidance to junior accounting staff as needed.,Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures related to accounting and finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Proficient in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with payroll processing and tax compliance is a plus.
