📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee all warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods.,Ensure the smooth flow of goods and maintain high levels of efficiency and accuracy.,Manage and supervise warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.,Implement and maintain warehouse safety protocols and procedures.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.,Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Proven track record in managing warehouse operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and standards for warehouse operations.
