📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Operate and maintain CNC lathes with high precision.

Perform in-situ bench grinding to ensure product quality.

Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.

Set up and adjust machine tools to meet specifications.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on CNC lathes.

Ensure compliance with safety protocols and standards.

Collaborate with the team to improve production efficiency.

Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a CNC Lathe Machinist.

Proven experience in in-situ bench grinding.

Familiarity with CNC programming and machine operation.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of quality control and inspection processes.

Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel.

Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
