📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily bakery operations, including production, quality control, and inventory management.,Lead and mentor a team of bakers and support staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Maintain high standards of food quality and hygiene.,Develop and implement operational procedures and standards.,Manage budgets and resources to optimize operational efficiency.,Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the food and beverage industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing bakery operations.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting.,Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Food Science, or related field.
