Quick Crown Cemerlang is seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations, including staff scheduling and performance management.,Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control.,Drive sales growth through effective merchandising and promotions.,Implement and monitor store policies and procedures.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company standards.,Manage store finances, including budgeting and reporting.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
