HAVEN Group is seeking a talented and experienced Accountant to join our team in Palopo. This is a hybrid position, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely.

As an Accountant at HAVEN Group, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records, ensuring accuracy, and providing financial insights to support our business operations.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about finance and has a strong commitment to maintaining high standards of financial integrity.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.

Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.

Monitor and reconcile bank statements and accounts.

Assist in the preparation of financial statements for internal and external use.

Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

Manage and supervise the work of junior accountants.

Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a corporate environment.

Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.

Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
