The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and fleet management, with excellent organizational and communication skills. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our vehicle fleet and the safety of our drivers.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's vehicle fleet, including scheduling maintenance, tracking fuel consumption, and monitoring vehicle performance.,Coordinate with drivers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Oversee the loading and unloading of vehicles to prevent damage and ensure efficiency.,Monitor and report on fleet performance, including fuel efficiency, vehicle utilization, and maintenance costs.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Handle any vehicle-related issues or emergencies promptly and professionally.,Work closely with the logistics team to optimize fleet routes and schedules.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing a fleet of vehicles.,Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation software.,Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
