As a Defect Analyst & Continuous Improvement Specialist at Maxxis, you will be responsible for monitoring production lines, collecting and analyzing defect data, and implementing corrective actions. You will also work on identifying opportunities for process improvements and developing strategies to drive operational excellence.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor production lines to identify and document defects and quality issues.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) using tools like Fishbone diagrams and 5 Whys to determine the underlying causes of defects.
• Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to eliminate defects and improve quality.
• Analyze defect data using statistical tools and software such as Minitab or SPSS to identify trends and patterns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, maintenance, and engineering, to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members on quality improvement techniques and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance, defect analysis, or continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
• Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt) or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis techniques.
• Proficiency in using quality management software such as Minitab, SPSS, or similar tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to identify root causes of defects.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
