PT Wardhana Surya is looking for a dedicated Assistant Butler to join our team in Gianyar, Bali. As an Assistant Butler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the comfort and satisfaction of our guests. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in preparing and serving meals and beverages to guests.,Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the guest rooms and common areas.,Provide exceptional customer service to guests and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.,Manage and organize the inventory of supplies and equipment.,Assist in arranging and coordinating special events or activities for guests.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and respect for guest privacy.,Work closely with the Head Butler to ensure smooth operation of the hotel.,Perform other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and software is a plus.,Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

🛠️ Keahlian

Multilingual skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.Knowledge of basic first aid and emergency procedures.Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
